I know this isn’t the glitziest of topics, but it’s all necessary so here goes. So warm up your vocals, tighten your G-strings (steady!) and cast your eyes over these details – then you’ll know what’s what when you’re joining the world of Singin Hinn…

Booking

Lessons must be booked with me (Hannah) via the SinginHinn website and must be paid for at the time of booking, or the slot will be offered to another student – this also applies to rescheduled lessons. Regular times can be arranged directly with me and through the website.

Payments

I accept the following types of payment – Stripe for credit or debit cards or PayPal – and need payment in advance of lessons please. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your lesson I’ll make as much provision as possible but refunds are not possible.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

 – Cancellation by the student

If you cancel with over 24 hours’ notice your lesson can be rescheduled within five calendar days of your cancellation. If this does not happen the cancelled lesson will be forfeit.

Cancellations must be done via the online link on my booking system. Cancellations via text message or email are not acceptable as may not always see them.
If you cancel your lesson within 24 hours of the lesson time that lesson will be forfeit.

 – Cancellation by the Teacher

If I have to cancel or reschedule a lesson I’ll do my best to rearrange at a time that suits us both. I’ll always give as much notice as possible before cancelling or rearranging.

Refunds

No refunds will be offered if you cancel or miss a lesson. Rescheduled lessons will be the same length and price as those originally booked.

Attendance

Please try to be on time for your lesson – both online and in person – as lessons cannot be extended beyond the booked time. Unfortunately, if you miss your lesson entirely there will be no refund or rescheduling opportunities.
If I haven’t heard from you no less than two hours before the beginning of the lesson and you’re late for your lesson, I reserve the right to cancel that lesson with no refunds. 

If I don’t hear from you and you’re more than 15 minutes late for your lesson, reserve the right to cancel the lesson with no refunds.
However, if it’s me who’s late you’ll receive your full lesson time – no questions asked. However, this time may have to be carried over onto another lesson if I have lessons following yours.

Block Bookings/Packages

If you’ve booked one of my awesome block packages, they’ll need to be used with the time limits below:
5 lesson block – 6 months
10 lesson block – 8 months

Exceptional Circumstances

I reserve the right to refuse lessons to any student that is contagiously ill, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or exhibiting violent behaviour.
I reserve the right to stop a lesson at any point should I feel it is necessary. If this happens due to illness, the remaining portion of the lesson will be rescheduled. However, please contact me in advance of your lesson if you are feeling at all unwell, so we can consider the options.
