I can’t wait to meet you and have some music-y fun. Here’s what you need to know about your voucher, what to do next and what to expect.

First up, contact me. You can use any of the details on your voucher or track me down on social media – I’m generally hanging around, singing to myself or strumming my guitar so I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Then we can arrange your session – exciting, no?

OK, so now for the boring (but absolutely necessary) bit – the terms and conditions.

Clear those throats, warm up the voice boxes, perform a few gentle scales and let’s break forth.

Here goes…

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or as per the date stated on your Gift vouchers.

The expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted so get booked in quick!

An instrument-specific voucher is valid only for use for its stated purpose. I’ll have to charge extra for any addition lessons booked.

Vouchers are your responsibility. Unfortunately, I can’t accept responsibility for lost vouchers. So, keep that bad boy safe!

I’ll need to know your voucher number at the time of booking. I’ll also take your name, contact details and any other details relevant to your session.

Cancellations and alterations to session times can only be dealt with more than 24 hours before the time of the planned session. Any sessions cancelled, rescheduled or missed within that deadline will result in you losing the payment – sorry!

Vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of your session; Cash refunds are not available for part redeemed vouchers.

There’s no cash alternative for your voucher – it’s your music lesson or nothing!

The Singin’ Hinn reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of any voucher at any time without notifying the student – but we promise any alterations will be for good reason and amended with care.
