You’ve received a Singin Hinn voucher – whoop!

Here’s what you need to know about your voucher, what to do next and what to expect:

Firstly, let’s get in touch and have a chat about what you want from your lesson. You can contact me with details of your voucher or just track me down on social media – I’m generally hanging around, singing to myself or strumming my guitar so I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Then we can arrange your session – exciting, no?

Simple as that!

So! Clear those throats, warm up the voice boxes, perform a few gentle scales and let’s break forth in music!

But just before your press send on your message to me,  please read the following boring (but absolutely necessary) terms and conditions

Here goes…

  1. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue or as per the date stated on your gift voucher.
  2. The expiry date on vouchers is non-extendable, vouchers that have expired will not be accepted so get booked in quick!
  3. An instrument-specific voucher is valid only for use for its stated purpose. I’ll have to charge extra for any addition lessons booked.
  4. Vouchers are your responsibility. Unfortunately, I can’t accept responsibility for lost vouchers. So, keep that bad boy safe!
  5. I’ll need to know your voucher number at the time of booking. I’ll also take your name, contact details and any other details relevant to your session.
  6. Cancellations and alterations to session times can only be dealt with more than 24 hours before the time of the planned session. Any sessions cancelled, rescheduled or missed within that deadline will result in you losing the payment – sorry!
  7. Vouchers must be redeemed in full at the time of your session; Cash refunds are not available for part redeemed vouchers.
  8. There’s no cash alternative for your voucher – it’s your music lesson or nothing! 
  9. I reserve the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of any voucher at any time without notifying the student – but I promise any alterations will be for good reason and amended with care.
  10. Voucher redemption is strictly subject to availability.
  11. By redeeming your voucher you accept the above conditions.
